I had to make a claim after a small bump. It took a bit of chasing at the start, and I had to dig out a couple of emails and receipts, but once I got through to someone they explained everything clearly. After that it was sorted quicker than I was expecting. Decent overall.

goskippy was easy to deal with, to be honest. The emails told me what I needed to do, and the policy details weren’t too confusing, which is always a relief, right?? I did have to read one message twice to make sure I had the dates correct, but overall the communication was clear and quick. 4 stars from me.

I needed to get a car insurance quote and goskippy made the whole thing really simple. I just put my details in, and it didn’t drag on or feel confusing like some sites do.
The price came up clearly, and I didn’t have to click around loads trying to figure out what was going on. It all felt straightforward, which I really appreciated.
There’s not much more to say other than it was quick, easy, and hassle-free. it was a bit of a relief, and I’d definitely use it again.

I had an issue with GoSkippy, won’t go into all the details, but it was a bit frustrating at the start and took longer than I expected. Once I finally got through to the right person though, they explained what was going on and got it sorted. Not the smoothest experience, but fair enough in the end. 4 stars

I got my car insurance through goskippy and, to be fair, most of the policy details matched what I’d put in online when I checked everything over.
There was one small bit that was worded differently than I expected, so I contacted them just to make sure it was right. It did get sorted in the end, but I found it a bit annoying having to keep verifying myself repeatedly during the process.
Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but the documents could definitely be clearer from the start and the repeated verification made it feel more hassle than it needed to be. 3 stars seems about right

Cancelling was actually straightforward. I went in thinking it might turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth things, you know how it can be, but I found what I needed, sent the request, and it was sorted without much fuss. Kind of surprised me, honestly. Took less hassle than I expected, so yeah, fair enough, I’m happy with how it went.

"The add-ons were worth it in the end"
I ended up adding a couple of the optional extras with GoSkippy, not all of them, just the ones that seemed useful at the time. So far they’ve actually been good, better than I thought they’d be, and it didn’t feel like I was just paying for random extras I’d never use.
Sorting it out was fairly straightforward too. I had one small question about it, can’t remember exactly what now, but they answered it without making it a whole thing. Happy with it up to now.
